Sears Centre

The Sears Centre is a regional, multi-purpose arena and entertainment building. It uses very long span trusses of 300 feet to cover a concrete seating bowl for 12,000. The unique U-shaped seating bowl provides a pseudo fly-house space at one end to accommodate entertainment productions of all types. It was one of the first arenas in the United States to feature this architectural arrangement.
