Project is a 28,000 sq ft production facility with a two story office. The project consisted of conventional steel joist framing with load bearing concrete tilt-up panels. Needham DBS provided complete structural design for the facility.
The tilt-up panels are insulated, composite panels using the innovative Icon XTM shear connector. The composite panel design led to a structurally efficient section with true edge-to-edge insulation.
