Project is a single story, nine building outlet mall complex. The project consisted of conventional steel framing with a load bearing concrete tilt up panel wall system. Steel and tilt up detailing using the CD² process was included in the scope.

Large storefront openings were achieved for the outdoor corridors to maximize the window shopping experience.
