Structural engineering of heavy structural steel, mill building turbine hall framing. Turbine hall included a 125 ton crane-way design. Scope required extensive coordination of PEMB products with conventional steel products.

Needham also acted as the life-safety architect and code administrator for facility, as well as architect for the office building.
